Pros
Big company with lots of opportunities to move around, both individually and corporately. If you don't like one job, there's always another waiting around the corner to try.
Cons
Little upward opportunities within the same group. Advancement comes by changing groups (which means a lot of groups have a lot of new people). Loosing depth of experience to learn from.
