      Pros

      High-value, high-consequence products = meaningful work and a sense of purpose. Great team environment. I feel valued and welcomed as an intern. Early career development programs are top-notch. Pay is great. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      It can take a while to get things done due to the size of the company and the strict regulations that come with being a government contractor.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
