      Employees are well taken care of in terms of benefits and salary can be fairly good if you press for a higher starting salary. The job is very stable,. One could stay there until retirement very easily.

      Cons

      Employees are slow to move up in pay grade. The job is very demanding, often requiring 12+ hour work days. Technical writers seldom have what they need to perform their jobs efficiently or correctly.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
