      Pros

      Every other Friday off, which is amazing for weekend trips 3 weeks vacation, flex time, lots of holidays Comraderie from the decent number of young people (not proportionally, but just because there are so many people)

      Cons

      Raises are comical, and the marginal reward you get for a job well done is definitely not worth it. They pay "market rate", which means they will never pay that much.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
