Pros
Benefits for some, depending on the financial ledger you are on; Training depending on whether management likes you and if you are considered a hi-potential employee; Salaries are competitive but the financial ledgers, hiring, performance management and salary planning process make them inconsistent.
Cons
Initially it was a nice place to be b/c it was growing but given all of the changes in leadership, reorganizations and layoffs, it's gone way down hill. If you care about your future, don't accept a job to work here. Lacks vision, alot of change, very little new business and difficult to retain current busines and workforce.
