Pros
Great benefits Decent Salary Raises / with Yearly Reviews Huge company - huge opportunities (ISGS division - recently merged with Leidos - yet to be seen if this is pro or con) but should work out OK for both
Cons
Because its a huge company - you must be persistent and pro-active to move up. Often times, some managers will try and keep their employees where they are.
