Pros
The flexible schedule is what I like the most. I can come in, and leave early; there isn't much traffic at those times.
Cons
The "it's not what you know, but who you know" culture. Management denies it, but it doesn't take a whole lot to see that it exists and is a motivation killer. I also think the pay is slightly less than the rest of the market.
