      Pros

      Best benefits overall with many benefits especially for younger engineers and recent graduates. Tuition assistance is a big plus for the younger engineers.

      Cons

      You have to to be labeled as a star to get advancement opportunities. Company does not value older engineers with many years of experience. Managers only embrace the younger generations.

      Good 401k matching (10%), Friendly People, Kind Managers, Job Security, Plenty of growth opportunities, 4/10 Schedule and 3 day weekends

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
