Pros
Great Products! Where else can you go to design and build 5th generation fighter aircraft? Other than mgrs the people in fort worth are great to work with. For the most part a very stable well est place to work. If you are a 0-5 year employee they will give you any thing you want to keep you there!
Cons
A lot of red tape. culture clash between 20-30somethings and 50+. it seems that if a mgr messes up they promote them and not demote them. The performance management system is very messed up. your mgr rates you even before you enter your response to your personal objectives.
