You can learn a lot in the first 2 years...but after this opportunities and building new skills is difficult.
Cons
Generally speaking, management is lacking integrity and vision for the future of the company. It is a very political culture in which "yes" people do better than those who are highly productive and add value. Many of my former colleagues are very depressed regarding their ongoing experiences.
