      Definite Job Expectations Time Off & Benefits Structure Long Term Growth Potential

      Cons

      The only Con was this company was simply not the right fit for me. I knew going into it, that it was a staunchly clerical company and I am a far right brained person. It was a great job for the two years I worked there, but not the right fit likely for someone with a more creative streak.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
