      Well structured and organized engineering organization.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from management when communicating company's future employment plans. Inconsistent employee evaluation criteria which is mostly based on the company's achievement rather than individual contribution. Issues with cultural diversity.

      Good 401k matching (10%), Friendly People, Kind Managers, Job Security, Plenty of growth opportunities, 4/10 Schedule and 3 day weekends

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
