Pros
Working for LHM includes a lot of benefits including private health insurance, a great pension scheme and Management that care about your future. Depending on your site this may be different but in general everyone seems friendly and happy to help.
Cons
One of the main downsides to working for such a big company is the lack of personal training and opportunities within the company. You could be waiting around for a long time or it could come sooner than you think, but this is down to the luck of people moving on or getting promotion.
