      Pros

      Challenging and rewarding technical work for engineers in an atmosphere of cutting edge technology. Assignments are especially rewarding for systems engineers.

      Cons

      Management in some locations works in cliques and doesn't have the best interest of the company in mind. This leads to managment not listening to good contructive (emphasis) ideas that would benefit the company.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
