Pros
Lockheed champions positive change to position itself as an attractive employer for the future workforce. Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion, Workspace Environment, competitive pay, benefits, and schedule are all be changed for the better.
Cons
Lockheed still has some of the old guard which is slow to change, self confident and often wrong when it comes to proposals, and poor leaders of the modern workforce. That is changing, but we haven't reached a critical mass yet where by the company would be revolutionized and far more competitive on price with the rest of the industry.
