      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to work on cool stuff, further education, generous pto, flex-time, work life balance, 9/80 or 4/10 schedule.

      Cons

      Just bc I have a good experience doesn’t mean everyone does. Some programs/positions are very slow moving, some are very fast paced. Some programs are made of older guys and gals who have been doing the same thing for decades, some are made of mostly fresh-outs. If you’re not in the right fit it’s tough

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
