Pros
Big company with good benefits. The comany also has a comittment to diversity. Not just racial diversity but sexual orientation, nationality, age, etc. It's a place where anyone can work and not feel like an outsider. It has a very inclusive atmosphere. There are also many company groups available for support.
Cons
Just like anywhere, there is nepotism and a rumor mill.
