Pros
Very good pay and benefits, significant investment in training and conferences, and a very stable company and culture. You can do almost anything you can dream at this company. Lots of quality, professional people and advancement opportunities. Serious commitment to ethics, quality, and security. With a company this large, your experience will definitely vary based on where you work, but overall it's a very good place to work!
Cons
Can be difficult to navigate such a vast organization politically. For every project, there seemed to be several teams working on similar things and you spent more time trying to get aligned then actually doing work. There can be a weird dynamic between hourly and salary workers at union locations.
