Pros
Great benefits. Large company provides room to move up within the company. All kinds or support resources are available. Has mature processes structure.
Cons
Work is tied to programs, so when a program nears its end then you need to find other work. This fine if there are other programs at the same site, otherwise you'd have to move. I've had to move twice and now again it is time to find work elsewhere. Managers tend to favor some and so they give them what work there is, not necessarily qualification based.
