      *You get to work on plane is f-16,f-18 and be a part of developing defense planes. *You a good pay *Get a very friendly boss, understanding and practical. *You get to be part of a huge firm.

      Cons

      *You have to be workaholic to work here. 35-40 hrs work per week. *You have to be a us citizen to work here.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
