1) you get to work on some exciting new things 2) Great benefits 3) 4/10
Cons
1) old software is a nightmare but they always say they're going to fix it. 2) There's a lot of politics discussed at the office, personally it's not my cup of tea 3) 30-40 People will be above you in management roles and you won't know what any of them do.
