LM is a large company, my experience has been: relaxed environment, management is easy going, decent work life balance until project heats up which is normal. Good tuition reimbursement. Easy place to hang your hat for a while if you aren't concerned about promotion time or pay.
Cons
401k matching is 4% High Deductible Health Insurance Non-Competitive Pay High Turnover Management is okay with seeing people leave Beancounters and Non Technical People in Technical Management Positions Big Push to keep engineers within LM however their pay is sub par Deadwood Promoting based on time and not knowledge
