Pros
You can come in and do your 40 hours of work and get paid. If you want to work more, you can and you will get paid for it. Work 4 days a wekk for 10 hours, great schedule.
Cons
The leadership here is complacent and not trained well on how to lead. Its hard to move up 'before your time' HR is really strict about moving up regardless of competance
