+++ Lock down on Deep Space Exploration ++ Access to technology ++ Can find niches of 'startup culture' + VARY mindful of work/life balance; but it's on you to ask for what you want
Cons
-- Overhead; old-school corporation; trying to change but its gonna take a while - Classified efforts are so key to business success but it takes a toll on people - Very much a 80/20 company; 20% of the people carry 80% of the load - Hard to let really bad people go (no force quotas is good, but they really believe that if you're doing poor, its because the management hasn't put you in the right position)
