Super militarized environment considering the fact that civilians work there. They do not value education coming in, they care more about experience. It's a very specific place to work in. A lot of stuff does not translate into the real world. Tons of travel whenever Covid isn't around. They mandated the Covid vaccine and threatened to fire me if I didn't get it: I worked from home...by myself...
