      Flexibility, given a lot of autonomy

      Cons

      Unethical leadership, dysfunctional, no vision. SPP is a poor organization to work for at Lockheed Martin. The rest of the teams at Lockheed Martin are awesome, but stay away from SPP unless you want to destroy your career. Theyre badly organized and don't know what they are doing.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
