Pros
I've worked at or alongside most of the major aerospace contractors, and LM has the greatest combination of salary, benefits, and work/life balance. It offers great career development and many different venues to improve your skill sets. Best company I've worked for so far.
Cons
There is, of course, a large admin and many rules that govern its way of operating. At times, it feels difficult to advance very far in the same position. Luckily the company is large and diverse, so finding a new position to increase your take-home pay is pretty easy!
