Pros
Great company for early in your career or late in your career.
Cons
Each BA/program is different. I’ve been on two, one was very exciting, had a great team, and I learned plenty (MFC Orlando/R&D program). The other (RMS King of Prussia) lacked excitement and had very few more experienced engineers to learn from, it was also full of LM built libraries (third-party libs are preferred) and outdated tooling (i.e. Jenkins, Bitbucket). No efforts were being made to improve and the team lacked ambition.
