      People are really quality people for being such a tough industry. Very happy with my coworkers. Sometimes the work is not bad and you can have a pretty good work-life. good benefits too

      Cons

      Sometimes, some coworkers get lost in the big company and don't realize their lack of engagement falls onto others. Some just don't care.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
