Pros
Speaking from Corporate, not Business Unit perspective. Great people to work with, every Friday off, very flexible work location, solid leadership.
Cons
Not unlike most big organizations around for a long time, they struggle to move swiftly; nothing new gets done without a major committee or big initiative even it it's already standard practice elsewhere. Trying to be "agile" but still very clumsy with change.
