LM has solid benefits and excellent work-life balance. We are encouraged to use our time off and only exceed our 40-hour work week if absolutely necessary. If the design teams can take their time, they can produce high-quality work. If they are rushed, the result is exactly what you would expect.
Cons
Internal controls are quickly set aside if contracts permit. Quality will quickly be sacrificed to meet schedule demands.
