Pros
In my experience, LM has been very flexible with working hours and allowing you to work around personal situations that occur in everyday life. My management is very supportive and personable. I have never felt as if I was lesser because I am new to the team/company, Very understanding and patient while learning my role in the first few months.
Cons
Nothing in particular in my day-to-day tasks and position comes to mind.
