Pros
Love the Lockheed Martin community and opportunities to get involved with company projects as a student. This position is a great way to earn some industry experience.
Cons
There were no major cons of working in this position. It's a great starting point for students, the only minor downside is your access to certain things may be restricted, but that's to be expected as a student because you're considered a contractor, not a full-time LM employee.
