      Pros

      Good Place to work People are fair to work with a few bad apples but other than that most people are great.

      Cons

      The administration is laying off hundreds of engineers to "save money" Lockheed Martin is quick to lay off employees regardless of how loyal you are. I have seen lifers get kicked out the door without a clue why

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
