      They do take care of their people, and do not allow any traits of a toxic workplace to even take root. It is a great place to work, and there is a lot of teamwork there. Moving around is encouraged to allow you to grow as a professional

      Cons

      Multiple rounds of layoffs do not bode well for a feeling of stability.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
