Pros
great pay, great benefits, lots of PTO come standard, many positions have 4 day work weeks, the company is pressing towards a more inclusive work environment
Cons
you may find that your morals do not align with the company or business area you work in, moving up in the company can be a serious challenge after a certain point, some portions of the company are more conservative, there are quite a few paid holidays but I wonder why so many are left out, the chain of management can feel like some problems cannot be helped
