Retaliation is real - Administrative Assistant Lockheed Martin Employee Review

It is a good old boy culture. I worked with a VP. If you are in his "club" of drinking, cussing, etc. Then you are good. If not, you are outcast. The 100% no retaliation for seeking help from ethics for being yelled and cursed at is a lie. It then becomes the victims very difficult job of proving what is happening is retaliation. Lockheed Martin is a tough place to work for if you are there to do your job professionally and ethically.
