Flexible schedule especially when its 4/10 or 9/80 Good Benefits Relatively Stable work environment Currently offer hybrid options Can get paid OT if approved
Cons
No remote options unless you happen to be grandfathered in Management can be a mixed bag. I've heard horror stories from some programs, but I haven't seen anything too terrible myself. It's also a big corporation at the end of the day so that comes with its own negatives
