      Worklife balance is very attractive with every friday off. Stable management and great for the resume as industry leader. Potential to work on extremely high dollar value proposals in multiple fields. Able to transition to other parts of the company.

      Cons

      Heavy regulation and bureaucracy bogs down productivity. Little to no control over own work.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
