3 day weekends. Management is clueless about software so if you wanted you could basically do nothing and still get paid
Cons
Management is clueless so they cannot help you grow, you must be self motivated to able to grow and learn. 25% people actually do anything, 25% are noobs, 50% are worthless. If you are the good 25% then you stuck doing all the work and then get criticized for not doing more.
