Pros
Product is good, mature, stable, scalable to a point, including good software engineering roadmap, so much potential in the art of possibilities!
Cons
I think this company should cease even gently pushing its employees to write positive reviews, this behaviour is quite frankly unnacceptible and innappropriate. Micromanagement is never sustainable, it leads to safe decisions and reduces the ability of the individual to demonstrate innovation leading to positive outcomes - sometimes you have to step back and simply trust the people at the coalface. I could write more, but think all the other Cons reviews have pretty much covered any further negative comments.
