      Pros

      People are great. Work/life balance is good and company culture is overall positive. I've enjoyed working here greatly, am treated respectfully by management and generally dont have any complaints

      Cons

      The recent tech downturn from higher interest rates, etc. is putting a damper on growth. Not sure exactly what that will mean for the company long-term.

      Pros – The top leadership. What does it take to get promoted? Performance or experience? Not really. Being part of the inner circle seems to matter more. Director, TA to TO — what a journey. More transparency, parity, and equity across all LM employees, not just one location, would go a long way.
