Pros

- Good product that customers really like (IF they get past sticker shock though) in a decent industry. - You'll learn a lot about observability/IT infrastructure. - Nice office in downtown Austin.

Cons

Company had a lot of potential but seemed to decline from 2022-2023. Confused direction from leadership, if any, and pricing changes were made in a very tone-deaf way. Antiquated sales culture, micromanagement and very unrealistic sales quotas. The company talks a good game about diversity and inclusion on the surface but actions speak louder than words if you hire/promote and enable toxic, sexist leaders that are walking HR disasters. The 'old boys club' mentality is still alive and well, especially in the sales org.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased to hear about the customer love of our product, and continued learning opportunities for our LMers. As LogicMonitor has been navigating the macroeconomic situation, we've taken steps to ensure the continued success of our company and it's employees, and communicate these updates regularly during our All Hands meetings. However, we value feedback from our employees. It provides us with valuable insights into where we can improve the overall experience for our team. We hope you were able to share your concerns with your manager or HR partner, as your experiences in the sales org do not align to our company standards or culture. We also have our 3rd party reporting tool where you can submit this feedback anonymously.

Pros

Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who genuinely want to help you succeed. Strong benefits package, remote flexibility, and wellness perks. Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
