      Pros

      1- Flexible work timings 2- Good infrastructure

      Cons

      Apart from their office timings, nothing is good here. Just blood sucking of the employees. Management runs behind deliverables and doesn’t understand problems in depth. They will shout at you in meetings which is pathetic as culture. Promotions and hikes will be for bootlickers. I can give -1 star for culture.

Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
