Disconnect between upper management and employees, lack of organization in management, lack of planning in advance in regard to new operations, constant switch in gears, acts as a start-up when in reality they're not. Commission structure is no good, makes it impossible to be paid out on the amount of work you actually do... Had our "uncapped commission" capped during the busiest time of the companies history, classic lol.
