Pros
My favorite thing about Lucid is that we get to work at a quick pace with relatively little overhead and process. Development drives the process instead of the other way around. It means that every week I get to work on a variety of projects and make contributions across the product. You can make a difference with the product where you want to make a difference. Lunch on Mondays and Fridays is great, as are monthly team activities, quarterly company activities, and the annual company retreat. Management is always looking for feedback. Office is a lighthearted and fun environment. It really is a fantastic place to work. Whenever friends or family ask, I tell them it is a perfect fit for me and has exceeded expectations.
Cons
I've had the thought the perhaps the company would benefit from having some more experienced engineers. Really though, having a lot of young people has its own advantages too.
