Pros

I've worked in many different industries: fashion, advertising, finance and tech. This is one of the best places I've ever worked at, caring people and amazing culture. The interview process, consisted of 4 rounds which were all thoughtful -- I really felt like they wanted to get to know me as a person and see if I would be a good fit for their culture--not just look at my resume. That to me is indicative that Lucid cares about safeguarding their culture; bringing the right people in, and it has been consistently seen during the entire year that I've been employed here. - Teamwork Over Ego is one of Lucid's value that I see everyone here embody. Everyone helps each other to excel and do better. It's not every day you get to work at a place where you feel like your voice is being heard by people in leadership. - Low turnover as everyone really loves it here. I've heard some of my colleagues say that they've been head hunted by competitors and they didn't even consider it even if the pay were to be higher. - Our CEO Karl Sun is one of the smartest and most down-to-earth CEOs I've ever met.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about Lucid. Have you ever been to Utah? That's where our headquarters are and the people in Utah are some the kindest people you'll ever meet. These are the people who are building Lucid and making its culture great.

Pros

- Very strong mentorship program - Very nice people - Some VERY good engineers, PMs, and designers

Cons

- Pay isn't competitive outside of Utah (but hey, at least we're hiring) - Like most other companies at our size, your success and satisfaction largely depend on the team you're on - Sales and product/eng could probably be better aligned to inform product decisions - Like most other SAAS companies, we're investing A LOT into AI. This could bite us in the future (I personally think we're in a bubble, and the consequences of over-investing will be very painful once it bursts)
