Freedom to make your own schedule for sales.

Horrible after the sale is made, installs are the worst, billing is nightmare and nobody at CenturyLink cares about you or the customer. Since CenturyLink purchased Level 3 it only got worse. All of the C level at CenturyLink were replaced with Level 3 people. CenturyLink does not like to pay commissions and you have to fight for every dollar that they owe you. By the way, they like to charge customers for services that are not even installed.
