Great training program! An excellent choice to get into the business and be training correctly Large emphasis put on promoting from within Amazing Benefits especially health insurance Great company support and recognition system Growing company that owns and manages their apartment communities
Cons
very report heavy heavy workload lower than average pay scale but largely due to the benefits offered Many things are monitored from corporate so there is not a lot of room for error in management. You have to know your stuff and if you don't you may get a write up from corporate
