This company and everyone in upper management is on a power trip. They treat us like we’re stupid even though nobody above us knows how to do our jobs or even spell correctly. The pay is extremely low and the hours are horrible. Avoid at all costs. Joining this company was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. I’m counting down the days until MAA gets sued for unethical practices towards their residents and lower level employees.
